Director/PDMR Shareholding
Energy Assets Group plc (LSE: EAS.L), the largest independent provider of industrial and commercial (I&C) gas metering services in the UKi, today announces in accordance with the connected person disclosure requirements of DTR 3.1.4 that as part of a wider grant to senior employees across the business the following nil cost options over the Company's 1p ordinary Shares have been granted through an employee share scheme.
The grant date is 28 November 2014 and the number of options is derived from the middle market quotation price on the day prior to this of 452.25p.

The above options have no exercise price and will vest two years from the date of the grant in accordance with the scheme rules. Once vested the options must be exercised before the tenth anniversary of the grant date.
The options will be satisfied with existing shares only, sourced from the Company's Employee Benefit Trust.
