Further to the close of the Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer at a price of 100 pence per New Share (the "Placing"), the Directors and members of the Consultant and General Partner today confirmed to the Company their interests in the ordinary shares in the Better Capital 2012 Cell (the "2012 Shares"). Shares subscribed for in the Placing are expected to be admitted to trading on 13 January 2012 ("Admission").
