The Company operates an Inland Revenue approved Share Incentive Plan (SIP) which offers all employees the opportunity to participate in free shares, partnership shares, matching shares and dividend shares. In accordance with the Disclosure Rules 3.1.4 R (1), the share interests of the under-noted director have increased this month.
The following transaction took place in London on 11th May 2015 and the Company was notified on12th May 2015.
