Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), a technology and services provider specialising in end-to-end solutions for the branded merchandise and promotional products industry, announces the following dealings made by a director in its ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares").
On 5 March 2026, Alexander Brennan, Executive Chairman, purchased 52,840 Ordinary Shares at a price of 22.9243 pence per share. Following the purchase of Ordinary Shares, Alexander Brennan's beneficial holding is 137,121 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.19% of the Company's issued share capital.
