Greene King PLC14 February 2007 Directors' shareholdingsGreene King plc announces that today,14 February 2007, 90 shares in the companywere transferred by Kleinwort Benson (Guernsey) Trustees Limited, as trustee ofthe Greene King Employee Share Trust, to satisfy two long service awards toemployees. As a result of the transfer, Tim Bridge, Ian Bull, Rooney Anand, MarkAngela and David Elliott, who are beneficiaries of the trust, no longer have aninterest in the 90 shares in the company. This brings the number of shares inthe Company owned by the Greene King Employee Share Trust to a total of 309,899.
