Purchase of shares, Director/PDMR Dealing and Total Voting Rights
Photo‐Me, the instant‐service equipment group, was notified that on 20 December 2016, Serge Crasnianski, chief executive officer and deputy chairman, purchased 2,892,607 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 158 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction").
Following the Transaction, Serge Crasnianski is interested in 84,610,701 Ordinary Shares, representing 22.48 percent of the issued share capital of the Company.
The total number of voting rights is 376,404,871.
