The following Directors and PDMRs of Meggitt PLC ("the Company") received share appreciation rights over ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("the Awards") under the Meggitt Executive Share Option Scheme 2005 under a deed of grant dated 12 March 2010. The exercise price per share is £2.861 and the share appreciation rights are ordinarily exercisable between three and ten years from the date of grant to the extent that applicable performance conditions are met.
