Director/PDMR shareholding

Beazley plc ("the Company") announces that on 23 October 2013, Mr David Andrew Horton transferred 75,000 shares to his spouse, Mrs Sophie Emma Horton.

At 23 October 2013, Mr Horton and his connected persons were interested in 1,630,087 shares, representing approximately 0.31% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Beazley plc was informed of this transaction on 23 October 2013.
