TRANSACTIONS IN SHARES
Amlin plc ("Amlin") announces that, as detailed below, certain Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") have exercised options under the Amlin Savings-Related Share Option Scheme 1998, at an exercise price of 146.49p per share, over the following numbers of Ordinary Shares of 28.125p each ("shares").
