The Company has been notified today that Avril Palmer-Baunack acquired in aggregate 17,144 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company at an average price of 152.41 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Avril Palmer-Baunack and persons closely associated with her hold 13,870,135 1 shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.74% of the total issued shares in the Company.
