DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
The Company was notified on 1 August 2017 that Greg Hodder, Chairman Designate and Non-Executive Director acquired on 31 January 2017, 1,400 ordinary shares of 7.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 356p per Ordinary Share. Separately on 20 June 2017, Mr Hodder acquired 3,600 Ordinary Shares at a price of 331p per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Mr Hodder has an interest in 15,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
