Grant of Share Options
Dev Clever Holdings plc (DEV) a leading developer of consumer engagement solutions and career development platforms, announces that on 22 January 2020 it awarded to Tim Heaton, the Company's Chief Operating Officer, options ("Options") to acquire 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
The Options are exercisable at the closing mid-market price of Ordinary Shares on 21 January 2020, being 1.2 pence per Ordinary Share.
One third of the Options are exercisable on the first anniversary of grant, one third are exercisable on the second anniversary of grant and one third are exercisable on the third anniversary of grant. The Options expire on 22 January 2030 if not exercised.
In aggregate, the 4,000,000 Options granted to Tim Heaton represent approximately 0.93 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
Following the grant of the Options, the total number of Ordinary Shares outstanding under option arrangements is 21,292,818, representing 4.93 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
