On 13 January 2014 Ogier Employee Benefit Trustee Limited as trustee of The Sage Group plc Employee Benefit Trust (the Trustee) notified the Company that, on 13 January 2014, it disposed of, on behalf of the director named below, the number of ordinary shares set out below, in respect of which the director had become beneficially entitled to under The Sage Group Deferred Bonus Plan, at a price of 401.786993 pence per ordinary share.
