IXICO announces that it was notified on 1 November 2013 that, on the same day, Charles Spicer, Vice President of Corporate Development at the Company, purchased 9,729 Ordinary Shares of 50p each in IXICO at a price of 51.39 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a consequence of this share purchase, Charles Spicer has a total holding of 42,811 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.29% of the Company's issued share capital.
