On 2 December 2010, non-executive director Charles Gregson notified SJP that he had acquired 8,300 SJP shares at a price of 243.50 pence per ordinary share.
Following the acquisition, his beneficial interest in SJP shares is 8,300 ordinary 15p shares.
With the exception of the changes notified in this announcement, the directors/PDMRs holdings of SJP shares are unchanged. This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
