Maxim Basov, a member of the Board of Directors of ROS AGRO PLC and CEO of Rusagro Group of Companies, on September 19 has bought 36,993 GDRs of ROS AGRO PLC. As the result of the transaction, current stake of Maxim Basov in the Company is 7.3% (excluding treasury shares).
