NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Stephen Beynon (Managing Director, Power Solutions), a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR"), undertook the following transactions in ordinary shares in Aggreko plc (the "Company").
Restricted Share Plan vesting
Following the vesting on 1 May 2019 of the award of shares made to Stephen Beynon, on 13 June 2017 under the Aggreko Restricted Share Plan 2015 (RSP), Stephen undertook the following transactions in ordinary shares in the Company.
On 1 May 2019, Stephen Beynon acquired a total of 13,095 ordinary shares for nil consideration, comprising the original award of 12,311 shares and 784 additional dividend equivalent shares.
Subsequently, on 1 May 2019, Stephen sold 6,164 ordinary shares at 847.7 pence per share to cover the tax liability and dealing costs arising on the vesting of the award.
