On 18 June 2013 Somero Enterprises, Inc was notified that on 17 June 2013 Jack Cooney, CEO of Somero, purchased 14,100 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of US$1.028 per share (equivalent to 65.3p assuming a US$1.5734 to £1 exchange rate).

In addition, on 18 June 2013, Jack Cooney's spouse purchased 700 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of US$1.092 (equivalent to 69.8p assuming a US$1.5647 to £1 exchange rate).

As a result of these purchases, Jack Cooney's beneficial interest in Somero has risen to 4,216,302 ordinary shares, or 7.47% of Somero's total issued share capital.
