CareTech announces that on 12 August 2009, as part of a grant of options under the Company's Save As You Earn (SAYE) Scheme, options over 3,572 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company were granted to David Pugh, Company Finance Director. These options are exercisable between 1 October 2012 and 31 March 2013 at an exercise price of 254p pence per share.
