Dealings by Directors and Persons Disclosing Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')
The Restaurant Group plc ('the Company') announces that on 22 June 2011 Simon Cloke, a non-executive Director of the Company, acquired a beneficial holding of 8,000 shares at a price of 295.1p per share. Following this transaction Mr Cloke has a total beneficial holding of 15,000 shares in the Company, representing 0.01% of the issued share capital.
On the same day, Robert Morgan, a PDMR of the Company, exercised 30,000 share options at an exercise price of 134.4p per share. Following this he sold 22,800 shares at a price of 293.762p per share. Following these transactions, Mr Morgan has increased his total beneficial holding by 7,200 shares to 132,355 shares in the Company, representing 0.07% of the share capital.
