Director/PDMR Shareholding

It is announced that on 21 May 2014, Richard Harpin, a Director, exercised an option over 415,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence under the HomeServe plc Executive Share Option Plan. 

The option was granted on 27 May 2004 at an option price of £1.322 and vested on 27 May 2007 following an assessment of the associated performance conditions (which were based on earnings per share growth). If not exercised, the option would lapse on 27 May 2014.

Mr Harpin sold all of the shares at a price of £3.39 and now holds 40,346,940 shares (12.22% of the issued shares).
