NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), Quarto announces that it has today received notice that Michael Connole, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 10,000 shares of common stock of $0.10 each ('Shares') in Quarto at a price of 210p per share on 21 September 2015.

Following this transaction Mr Connole holds 10,000 Shares representing 0.05% of Quarto's issued share capital.
