Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Board of Immedia Group plc (AIM: IME), the UK's leading provider of in-store radio, music and video, has been informed that Mr Trevor Brookes, Chief Executive, has today purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 7.25 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Brookes is interested in 2,584,700 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 17.76 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
