The awards recognise the achievements and commitment of each eligible employee within the Equiniti Group during the Covid-19 pandemic, with each eligible employee receiving shares valued at £300, calculated using the average closing price of the three business days prior to the grant date, being £1.12. There are no performance criteria for the award, save for the participant remaining an employee of the Group at the vesting date which will be 16 September 2023, being the third anniversary of the grant date.
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
