The Company announces that it received notification on 22 May 2020 that Paul Wareham has exercised restricted stock awards over ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company in accordance with the terms of the Countrywide 2017 Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") (the "Awards").
The Awards vested in March 2020 and are not subject to performance conditions and there are no restrictions on the disposal of shares acquired following the exercise of the Awards. No consideration was payable on the grant or vesting of the Awards.
