Share plc (AIM: SHRE.LN) announces that Richard Stone, Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director of the Company, on Friday 19 April, exercised 250,000 options over Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.17% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at an exercise price of 14.5 pence per Ordinary Share. These options were granted in May 2008, 180,423 under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) scheme and the remaining 69,577 under the Company's Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme.
Richard Stone sold the 250,000 shares at 22.0 pence per ordinary share, also on 19 April.
Following these transactions Richard Stone continues to hold 104,994 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.07% of the current issued Ordinary Shares.
