InnovaDerma PLC ("InnovaDerma" or the "Company")
Announcement of Director / PDMR shareholding
The Company was notified on 7 November 2016, that Zaymar Investments Pty Ltd sold 12,500 Ordinary Shares of €0.10 each in the Company on 31 October 2016 at a price of £1.25 per share and 12,500 Ordinary Shares of €0.10 each in the Company on 1 November 2016 at a price of £1.00 per share (the "Sale"). Zaymar Investments Pty Ltd is owned and controlled by Haris Altaf Chaudhry, Executive Chairman of InnovaDerma plc.
Both transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange. As a result of these transactions, Haris Altaf Chaudhry's interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company, including that of his connected persons, reduced from 6,018,326 to 5,993,326. Following the Sale, Haris Altaf Chaudhry and his connected persons will retain beneficial interests in approximately 57.9% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR 3.1.2R.
