On 15 October 2019, RSA Insurance Group plc (the "Company") received notification of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of £1 each ("Ordinary Shares") by PDMRs.
On 15 October 2019, the PDMRs listed below acquired Ordinary Shares of £1 each as shown below. This was as a result of reinvestment of the 2019 interim dividend paid in respect of their shares held through the Company's all employee Sharebuild Plan (a HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan).
