Directors' shareholdings
Further to the announcement on 16 March, 2009, which provided details of the recent placing at 12p per share (the "Placing") and the resultant shareholdings in the Company, AEC announces that David Ho, a director of the Company, has acquired 700,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") which were subscribed for under the Placing by KSP Investments Pte Ltd ("KSP"). In addition, Shyamala Devi Krishnan, the wife of Gopinath Pillai, a director of the Company, has acquired 700,000 Ordinary Shares from KSP.
David Ho and Gopinath Pillai are both directors and shareholders of KSP.
The balance of 1,086,300 Ordinary Shares subscribed for by KSP under the Placing have been acquired by the other directors and shareholders of KSP.
Following these transactions, the interests in Ordinary Shares in the Company are as follows:
