On February 17th, 2014 the Company was notified that Jonathan Keeling, Executive Deputy Chairman, sold, from his SIPP of which he is the sole beneficiary, 25,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 95 pence per Ordinary Share. His beneficial interest following the sale is 2,509,334 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 11.20% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
