Mr. Longdon exercised options over 25,548 shares under the AVEVA Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan at an exercise price of 3.33 pence per share, sold 10,578 shares at a price of £9.91 to fund the exercise cost and the resulting tax liability and retained the remaining 14,970 ordinary shares.

Mr. Taylor exercised options over 17,040 shares under the AVEVA Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan at an exercise price of 3.33 pence, sold 7056 shares at a price of £9.91 to fund the exercise cost and the resulting tax liability and retained the remaining 9,984 ordinary shares.
David Wheeldon, PDMR
Mr. Wheeldon exercised options over 42,764 shares under the AVEVA Group plc Executive Share Option Scheme at an exercise price of £2.65 per share and sold 24,764 shares at a price of £9.91 to fund the exercise cost and the resulting tax liability.
