Pendragon PLC09 May 2006 9 May 2006 Pendragon PLC ("Pendragon") The Company has today been notified that on 9 May 2006 Investec Trust (Guernsey)Limited as trustee of the Pendragon Employee's Share Trust ("the Trustee")acquired 237,822 ordinary shares in Pendragon, representing 0.18% of the issuedshare capital of Pendragon at a price of £6.20 per share. This brings theaggregate amount of issued share capital held by the Trustee to 4,609,736,representing 3.51% of the total issued share capital of Pendragon.
