NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY
On 7 December 2015 the Company paid a final dividend for the year ending 30 June 2015 to all registered shareholders on 13 November 2015 at the rate of 2.2 pence per ordinary share. The Company has been notified that on 7 December 2015, the Trustees of the Company's Share Incentive Plan ('SIP'), Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited, purchased ordinary shares in the market at a price of 163.5 pence per share to be held under the SIP as Dividend Shares. Details of the number of Dividend Shares issued to the Company's Executive Directors (being Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility) are shown below:
