Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
Biffa plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary 1p shares undertaken by directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs").
Michael Topham, Richard Pike and Michael Davis have acquired shares in the Company following the vesting of conditional awards granted to them in July 2019 under the Company's Performance Share Plan. Following such vesting, certain of the acquired shares will be sold by the PDMRs to cover income tax and national insurance contributions / levies and a further announcement will be made providing details of the sales in due course.
