The Company announces that Andrew Findlay, Chief Financial Officer, transferred 38,500 ordinary shares of 27 2/7 pence each in the Company to his spouse, Julie Findlay on 12 February 2020 for nil consideration. Andrew Findlay's beneficial interest in the Company has not changed as a result of the transfer.
