e-Therapeutics (AIM: ETX), the drug discovery and development company, announces the following Director's Market Share Purchase.

On 25 October 2011 Prof. Oliver James, Non-executive Chairman, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares at 29.85p per share. His resultant total holding is 63,500 shares, representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company, which currently stands at 138,126,467 shares all carrying voting rights.
