Synergy Healthcare PLC13 June 2007 Synergy Healthcare plc 13 June 2007 Directors' and Senior Managements' Shareholdings Synergy Healthcare plc ('Synergy') was informed yesterday that Richard Steeves,Chief Executive, and Ivan Jacques, Finance Director, yesterday purchased 18,250and 2,500 ordinary shares respectively at a price of 790p each. Following these purchases Richard Steeves is interested in 2,040,250 ordinary shares representing 3.8 per cent of the issued share capital and Ivan Jacques isinterested in 17,500 ordinary shares representing 0.03 per cent. Accordingly, matching shares were awarded under the LTIP Co-invest Options scheme approvedat the 2005 AGM, details of which are set out below. In addition, the company was also informed yesterday that yesterdayBarclayshare Nominees sold 18,374 ordinary shares at 785p each and purchased18,374 ordinary shares at 785.2p each being the effective transfer of sharesheld by Richard Steeves into his SIPP. This transfer has not changedRichard Steeves' beneficial interest.
