InterQuest Group plc (AIM: ITQ.L) announces that on 30 June 2010, Paul Frew a Non-executive Director of the Company purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 55 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr. Frew is interested in a total of 40,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.13% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
