PDMR'S SHAREHOLDING

The Company announces that on 11 December 2012 Mr T.J Potter, a person discharging managerial responsibility in the company, exercised 43,738 share options over ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company under the terms of the Centaur UK Sharesave Plan 2008 (the "SAYE Scheme"). The SAYE Scheme is an HMRC approved all-employee plan.

The exercise price paid was 20.92p.
