London, 9 June 2017: NMC Health plc (LSE:NMC) ('the Company'), the leading integrated healthcare provider operating across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), announces that it has received notification from Dr B. R. Shetty, Joint Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, that on 8 June 2017 he sold 2,043,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 2,320p per share.
Following this transaction, Dr B. R. Shetty retains an interest over a total of 49,713,893 shares, representing 24.34% of the current issued share capital of the Company, including Dr C. R. Shetty's, his spouse, direct interest in the shares of the Company.
