Director/PDMR Shareholding

In accordance with Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that it was notified on 4 October 2013 that Breon Corcoran, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, had been granted 1,102 options under the Betfair Group plc sharesave plan, a HMRC approved Save As You Earn plan.

The options were awarded at £8.1667. The scheme is due to mature on 01 November 2016.
