Senior PLC12 October 2006 SENIOR PLC RIGHTS ISSUE - PDMR SHARE DEALINGS In accordance with the Directors' intentions stated in the Prospectus relatingto the Rights Issue of the Company's shares announced on 19 September 2006('Rights Issue'), and as required by Section 324 of the Companies Act 1985 and Disclosure Rule 3.1.2R, Senior announces that, in connection with the RightsIssue, the following PDMR referred to in the table below took up rights toacquire New Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of42 pence per Share under the terms of the Rights Issue.
