The Company has been notified that on 27 July 2012, Robert Brooksbank, Finance Director, transferred for nil consideration 30,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), which were held in his SIPP, to his ex-wife in compliance with a pension sharing order.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Brooksbank has a beneficial interest in 155,450 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.
