Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed that on 24 March 2021 Caroline Connellan, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, exercised awards over 1,525 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") granted under the 2010 Brooks Macdonald Long Term Incentive Scheme (the "LTIS")). Following the exercise, 717 of the Shares were sold at a price of 2090p per share to meet the income tax and National Insurance liabilities due.

To satisfy the exercise of the awards, 1,525 Shares were transferred from the Brooks Macdonald Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"). The Company was notified by RBC cees Trustee Limited, as trustees of the EBT, that following this transfer the EBT now holds 606,186 Shares, representing 3.76% of the Company's total voting rights.
