Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that, on 6 July 2009, 4,552 Caledonia ordinary 5p shares, representing 0.008% of Caledonia's issued ordinary share capital, were transferred to The Hon Charles Cayzer, a director of Caledonia, under Caledonia's deferred bonus plan. The Hon Charles Cayzer sold these shares on the same date at a price of 1532.5p per share.
The Hon Charles Cayzer's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transaction are as follows:
Beneficial - 52,555 shares = 0.09%
Non-beneficial - 28,505 shares = 0.05%
Options -130,983 shares = 0.22%
Deferred bonus plan - 7,565 shares = 0.01%
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) in relation to the dealings by The Hon Charles Cayzer.
