Telford Homes PLC (the "Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Under the terms of the Company's HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"), which is open to all employees, partnership and matching shares for the 2017/18 SIP were today issued and awarded. The pro rata dividend shares are awarded as at the relevant dividend date. The maximum allocation of shares per person for the 2017/18 tax year is 866 shares plus pro rata dividend shares according to individual holdings.

It has been determined by the Company that Frank Nelson and Jane Earl as Independent Non-Executive Directors will no longer participate in the SIP. Accordingly, the shares they previously held within the SIP have been transferred into their own names and therefore they are no longer entitled to any matching shares under the SIP.
