Notification of transaction in shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
On Friday 3rd August 2012, the Company was notified that on 2nd August 2012 Matthew Ingle exercised options awarded under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan. For the purpose of funding a property purchase for his children as part of his long term financial planning, he subsequently sold shares as follows:
