Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") and Connected Persons

The Company announces that Paul Withers, a non-executive director of the Company, bought 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of Devro ("Shares") on the 26 September 2011, at a price of 238.11 pence per Share. Following the above transaction, Paul Withers holds 25,000 Shares representing 0.015% of the issued share capital of the Company
