Transactions in respect of the HomeServe plc Share Incentive Plan (the 'SIP')
Under the SIP, the dividends paid on partnership shares purchased by participants are reinvested in further shares (known as dividend shares). Following the payment of the dividend on 5 January 2018, a number of Directors and PDMRs have therefore acquired dividend shares.
The Company was notified of the transactions on 10 January 2018.
