Serco Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 13 June 2011 that, on 9 June 2011, Mr Thomas Riall, a person discharging managerial responsibility, sold 3,121 of the Company's ordinary shares in the London market at 580 pence per share.
This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR3.1.2R and DTR3.1.4R (1)(a).
